ArtSpace

Full-stack management platform for an Edmonton arts nonprofit

Arts Habitat Edmonton was running their entire artist membership and space application process on paper. We built ArtSpace — a complete digital platform that replaced manual workflows with an automated, role-based system serving both artists and administrators.

Artists apply for studio and exhibition spaces across five Edmonton locations, submit portfolios, track application status in real time, and manage their memberships. Administrators review applications with a full workflow system, manage email templates with dynamic token replacement, run dashboard analytics, and handle bulk operations.
